Our lives ebb and flow. Our thoughts and focus do, too. A dedicated yoga practice harnesses the fluctuations of the mind and cultivates body awareness to ultimately, bolster better attunement. We explore freeing ourselves from suffering. Through practice, we observe what it feels like to be in sweeter alignment from head-to-toe and across our multiple layers. Over time, we sense what harmony feels like from the inside out. From a yoked state, we awaken our beings to better self-efficacy and we open up our spirits to optimal living.
