What: Yoga Nidra, also referred to as “conscious sleep” offers an opportunity for the body and mind to go into a deep state of relaxation.

From this series you will:
Practice resting. There’s a rejuvenation that occurs naturally when we’re in a particular part of our nightly sleep cycle, but many people don’t reach that state or don’t stay there for long because of insomnia or other disturbances.
Invite healing, reconstruction, repair, and reorganization that takes place at a cellular level.
Welcome a healthy antidote to burnout, stress, anxiety, and our being’s need for rest.
Touted for its restorative health benefits, Yoga Nidra is a practice you’ll want to incorporate into your wellness routine.
At the beginning of our 60min. there will be gentle movement to prep the body for the 40-45min. Nidra practice.
All are welcome and there is no yoga experience is necessary.
