Hiking + Yoga Conditioning Outings – Email to RSVP
Cultivate your connection with nature and soak in the forest! This fall, join me in the PNW wonderland.  We’ll hike approx. 7mile, breathe in the surrounding air (it always feels more potent and nourishing in the mountains), post-hike 45-60min. vinyasa yoga class and absorb all that the natural world has to offer.  Hikes tbd.  We can meet at the trailhead or I can carpool a few from Seattle.  YOU bring:  water + yoga mat + anything else you need for hiking comfort.
